The Women Behind the Plow exhibit will be traveling the state celebrating the contribution of German-Russian women on farms and rural communities in the counties of Emmons, Logan and McIntosh, ND with photos and of stories. The exhibit provides a delightful and charming window into the lives of the “Women Behind the Plow.” Consisting of 18 acrylic panels, the exhibit panels range in size from 12-inches by 18-inches to the most common panel size of 30-inches by 20-inches. Here are some already booked exhibit dates & locations for 2016:
GRHC Feb. – March NDSU Fargo (March 14 to April 22, 2016)
Ellendale Opera House in Ellendale, ND Hang May 5 for exhibit May 7 to May 22 (Opera House Lobby & Gallery entrance is 55 Main Street)
Lehr Tabernackle – June 13 to June 20, 2016
GRHS Convention in 2016 is in Rapid City from Sept 7-11.
