Enjoy the sounds of double bass virtuoso Marcos Machado (Brazil/USA), who will perform Proto's celebrated fiery Carmen Fantasy as well as "Samsara" by French composer Jean-Pascal Beintus. The program is completed by three Central European masterpieces - Haydn's 104th, and last, symphony; Liszt's exalted symphonic poem "Les Preludes", and a true journey into the endless sound possibilities of the symphonic orchestra - Johannes Brahms' Variations on a theme by Haydn. The event will take place March 5 - 6, 2016.
