Bidder List Application

Businesses applying to be vendors to the State of North Dakota must register with the North Dakota Procurement Office. In addition, most businesses qualifying to be vendors to the State of North Dakota must also register with the Secretary of State to become an approved vendor and a qualified bidder. See NDCC, Section 54-44.4-09 and statutory provisions. That registration must remain in force to remain an approved vendor and a qualified bidder.
