New Dickinson, Williston VA Clinics open July 2

FARGO, N.D. (June 18, 2018) – The new Dickinson and Williston Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) are scheduled to be fully operational and open for appointments on July 2, 2018.

The new Dickinson VA CBOC is located at 766 Elks Dr., Suite 6/H, Dickinson, N.D. 58601. The new Williston VA CBOC is located at 1542 16th St. W., Suite 300, Williston, N.D. 58801.

The new Williston VA CBOC will host an Open House and Enrollment Fair on July 2, 2018, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. The new Dickinson VA CBOC will host an Open House and Enrollment Fair on July 3, 2018, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Healthcare professionals and several community resources will be on hand during the Open Houses and Enrollment Fairs to answer questions about the new clinics and assist in Veteran enrollment in VA healthcare.

Veterans should report to the new locations for care beginning July 2. There will be no other change or interruption in medical services to Veterans. All Veteran medical records will be transferred to the new locations. Hours of operation will remain 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Dickinson VA CBOC phone number will remain the same as the previous clinic: (701) 483-1850. The Williston VA CBOC phone number will also remain the same as the previous clinic: (701) 572-2470.

Both clinics will be approximately 7,500 square feet – more than twice the size of the previous clinics – featuring a range of services to include:

• Primary care services

• Behavioral health services

• Preventive health services

• Laboratory: blood drawing services available

• Prescriptions: routine prescriptions processed through the mail, My HealtheVet, or by telephone

• Four telehealth exam rooms

• Exam rooms dedicated for women’s health

• Free parking on site

• Handicapped accessible

The Dickinson and Williston VA CBOCs are contractor-owned and -operated by STG International, Inc. There are expected to be more than 9,000 patient visits annually at the new clinics.
