Registered Hennepin county, Minn. Born, Minneapolis, Minn., April 7, 1888, of Norwegian parents. Occupation - stationary engineer. Inducted at Minneapolis, Minn., on July 25, 1918. Sent to Camp Wadsworth, S. C. Served in Company D, 4th Pioneer Infantry, to Aug. 10, 1918; Headquarters Company, 54th Pioneer Infantry, to death. Overseas from Aug. 30, 1918, to death. Engagement: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne.
