Registered Cass county. Born, Zumbrota, Minn., April 30, 1894, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Fargo on Sept. 22, 1917. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Company I, 352nd Infantry, to Nov. 28, 1917; Company L, 348th Infantry, to death.
