Registered Richland county. Born, Christine, N. Dak., July 8, 1892, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Wahpeton on July 22, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 11th Company, 3rd Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 20, 1918; 14th Trench Mortar Battery, Camp Custer, Mich., to death.
