Registered Traill county. Born, Hatton, D. T., May 17, 1888, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Hillsboro on July 22, 1918. Sent to Camp Custer, Mich. Served in 43rd Company, 11th Battalion, 160th Depot Brigade, to Aug. 18, 1918; Battery D, 40th Field Artillery, to death.
