Biography:

Registered Ward county. Born, Minot, N. Dak., Jan. 11, 1892, of Canadian-American parents. Occupation - clerk. Enrolled in the Second Officers Training Camp at Fort Snelling, Minn., on Aug. 27, 1917. Commissioned and called into active service as a 2nd Lieutenant, on Nov. 27, 1917. Assigned to Company M, 41st Infantry, to death.
