Registered Ransom county. Born, Ellsworth, Minn., Feb. 18, 1887, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - brakeman. Inducted at Lisbon on Sept. 18, 1917. Served in Company C, 313th Engineers, to Nov. 24, 1917; Company No. 11, 20th Engineers, to death. Overseas from Jan. 4, 1918, to death.
