Served in Headquarters, Casual Detachment, Medical Officiers Training Camp, to March 21, 1918; Evacuation Hospital No. 10, to death. Grade: Private 1st Class, July 5, 1918. Overseas from Aug. 15, 1918, to death. Engagement: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne.
