Registered Sargent county. Born, Hixton, Wis., March 3, 1894, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - gas engineer. Inducted at Forman on June 24, 1918. Served in Machine Gun Company, 352nd Infantry, to July 18, 1918; 6th Company, 2nd Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to July 31, 1918; Company A, 313th Military Police, to death. Overseas from Aug. 17, 1918, to death. Engagement: Defensive Sector: Center (Alsace).
