Registered McHenry county. Born, Reynolds, D. T., April 15, 1889, of Norwegian parents. Occupation - druggist. Inducted at Towner on March 28, 1918. Sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa. Served in Company T, 5th Battalion, 163rd Depot Brigade, to April 18, 1918; Medical Department, Fort Riley, Kans., to May 20, 1918; Field Hospital No. 128, 107th Sanitary Train, to death. Grade: Corporal, May 15, 1918. Overseas from June 11, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensives: Aisne-Marne; Oise-Aisne; Meuse-Argonne. Defensive Sector: Center (Alsace).
