Registered Dunn county. Born, Wendell, Minn., Oct. 6, 1891, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - farmer. Inducted at Manning on May 25, 1918. Sent to Camp Lewis, Wash. Served in 16th Company, 166th Depot Brigade, to June 17, 1918; Company C, 158th Infantry, to Sept. 6, 1918; Company B, 128th Infantry, to death. Overseas from Aug. 11, 1918, to death. Engagement: Offensive: Meuse-Argonne.
