Registered Ward county. Born, Dalgren, Minn., Nov. 10, 1887, of (nationality of parents not given). Occupation - laborer. Inducted at Chaska, Minn., on April 30, 1918. Served in Battery E, 338th Field Artillery, to May 16, 1918; Company M, 358th Infantry, to death. Overseas from June 20, 1918, to death. Engagements: Offensive; St. Mihiel. Defensive Sector: Villers-en-Haye (Lorraine).
