Factors to Consider When Choosing a School: A guide before using the GI Bill®

For those who want to be a network administrator without going to college you may interested in the telepresence program.  A distance learning curriculum of one year to get the skills and certifications necessary to obtain a long-term, well-paying job in network administration.   There are currently over 9000 jobs for graduates of the program which start at $75,000.  Please review the flyer for more information.

Applications for the scholarship program are being accepted through February 28, 2018. Renewable scholarships for up to $7,000 per year will be granted to honorably discharged veterans or spouses of disabled veterans. Recipients must be high school or GED graduates. Scholarships are determined by financial need and consideration of academic performance, work experience, leadership, community service, and challenges with completing a post-secondary program.

Discharge Requests

Most Veteran’s benefits require that applicants provide a copy of their Form DD 214 or discharge record, which is evidence of their veteran status. This is an important document and must be safeguarded. In the State of North Dakota separation documents are considered confidential and privileged NDCC 37-18-11 (13). National Guard members may receive a NGB22 and /or NGB23 upon obtaining 20 years of satisfactory service (20 year letter).
