Special EventsFor tax purposes, the State of North Dakota defines special events as entertainment, amusement, recreation or marketing events that occurs at a single location on a recurring or irregular basis. These events include, but are not limited to: auto shows, gun shows, sport shows, concerts, carnivals, flea markets and trade shows. |
