<description>Tax Commissioner Cory Fong today released two key reports showing growth in taxable sales and purchases.  During the fourth quarter 2010, which includes the months of October, November, and December, North Dakota's taxable sales and purchases were $4.134 billion, up $983 million or 31.2 percent compared to the fourth quarter 2009.  For calendar year 2010, taxable sales and purchases were over $14 billion, growing 20.2 percent compared to 2009.</description>
