North Dakota – South Dakota Sales Tax Border Workshop

The North Dakota Office of State Tax Commissioner has scheduled a sales tax seminar with the South Dakota Revenue Department. The seminar will focus on the similarities and differences in each state's sales and use tax laws. There is no charge for the seminar. Space is limited so we would appreciate it if you would register if you plan to attend.

• Contractor's Excise Tax Section 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
