BISMARCK --- Tax Commissioner Rick Clayburgh will hold a press conference tomorrow, Tuesday September 30, 2003, at two locations and two times:

9:00 AM in Fargo at the Holiday Inn in the Press Room

1:30 PM in Bismarck in the 8th Floor Conference Room of the Tax Department

Commissioner Clayburgh will discuss North Dakota's Tax Amnesty program.
