January 31
- Quarterly income tax withholding return (Form 306) and income tax withheld are due for 4th quarter of 2012
- Annual income tax withholding return (Form 306) and income tax withheld are due for 2012 calendar year
February 28
- Annual transmittal return (Form 307) and copies of Federal Form W-2 (and 1099 if applicable) for 2012 calendar year are due
March 31
- Reciprocity exemption from withholding form (Form NDW-R) for qualifying Minnesota and Montana residents working in North Dakota is due for the 2013 calendar year
April 30
- Quarterly income tax withholding return (Form 306) and income tax withheld are due for 1st quarter of 2013
July 31
- Quarterly income tax withholding return (Form 306) and income tax withheld are due for 2nd quarter of 2013
October 31
- Quarterly income tax withholding return (Form 306) and income tax withheld are due for 3rd quarter of 2013
