Important note: Because Monday, January 15 falls on a Sunday and January 16 is a state holiday, any return, tax payment, or other required action is not due until Tuesday, January 17

Financial institution tax distribution fund portion (5/7) of 2010 net tax liability is due.

April 15

Important note: Because April 15 falls on a Sunday, and Monday, April 16, is Emancipation Day, a legal holiday in the District of Columbia that affects the entire nation, the deadline is extended to April 17

Annual financial institution tax return and state general fund portion (2/7) of the net tax liability are due for the 2011 calendar year. [Note: Even if an extension of time to file the return is obtained, the state general fund portion (2/7) of the net tax liability must be estimated and paid. See Form 35PV.
