Financial institution tax distribution fund portion (10/13) of 2011 net tax liability is due.
April 15
Annual financial institution tax return and state general fund portion (3/13) of the net tax liability are due for the 2012 calendar year. [Note: Even if an extension of time to file the return is obtained, the state general fund portion (3/13) of the net tax liability must be estimated and paid. See Form 35PV.
