Gary J. Vetter: Director of Customer Services
Gary started at ITD in 1987. He holds an Associate's
Degree in Computer Science from the ND State College of Science and a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership
from the University of Mary.
As ITD’s Director of Customer Services, Gary has a multitude of responsibilities. His mission is to facilitate a positive customer experience and to continually improve upon ITD's model for delivering and supporting customer-centric services.
When asked about his job he said, "I have the best job in ITD! Every day, I assist customers that are passionate about providing government services to the citizens of North Dakota. I also get to work with hundreds of people within ITD that live-and-breath technology. Aligning these forces has proven to be the recipe for success!"
Some of Gary's hobbies include movies, Chicago Bear football, and just about everything that living in North Dakota has to offer. On most weekends, you'll find him relaxing with his wife Jeanne and friends at "the cabin" on Beaver Lake.
There's a sign in his office that states: "I live for change; if only more hell would break loose!"
