Formal Complaints
North Dakota Century Code requires ITD to document information related to service support and delivery, including agency complaints regarding dependability, responsiveness, and cost. To formally register a complaint of this nature, please send an email to itdcomplaints@nd.gov.
ITD is required to report upon this information to the Information Technology Committee and the Budget Section as requested.
