Registry for Foreign Businesses

If your firm does not fall into the definition of a domestic or dual entity please complete one of the following W-8s:

• If your firm is a foreign entity with no physical presence in the United States complete an IRS Form W-8BEN.
• If your firm is a foreign entity with a physical presence in the United States complete an IRS Form W-8ECI .
• If your firm is an international organization, foreign tax-exempt organization, foreign private foundation, or foreign central bank of issue complete an IRS Form W-8EXP.
