Bidder List Application

To be placed on the Bidders List, please follow these steps:

1. Secretary of State Registration. You must first register with the North Dakota Secretary of State (registration fees apply). Visit the Secretary of State website for forms and instructions. Please call 701-328-4284 for assistance.
   
   
2. Next, complete the appropriate paperwork below (no registration fees apply). Please contact 701-328-2683 for assistance.
   • If you are a domestic vendor please complete SFN 53655 (Domestic Bidder List Application Substitiute IRS Form W-9). "It is a domestic entity if it is created or organized in the United States or under the laws of the United States or of any state."
   • If you are a foreign vendor please complete:
     • Foreign Bidder List Application SFN 58731;and
     • The appropriate IRS Form W-8: http://www.nd.gov/spo/vendor/registry/forms/foreign-vendors.html
       
       
3. Submit the completed bidders list application and the W-8 if applicable to the State Procurement Office, 14th Floor State Capitol Tower, 600 E. Boulevard Ave Dept 012, Bismarck, ND 58505-0310 or fax the application to 701-328-0108.
