Change Bidder Registration

A. You may update your file by faxing or mailing a change form:

1. Mail or Fax the Notification of Change form [SFN 53654] (225kb pdf)

OR

B. You may update your business file by using the Online Option:

1. Create a State of North Dakota login
2. Request Authorization online
3. Wait for authorization letter to arrive in the mail
