Vendor Registry
The State of North Dakota has created a single database for use by all state agencies and institutions of higher education. This database services accounts payable, purchasing, and 1099 reporting.
Bidders
Register as a bidder to receive notice of bidding opportunities and sell goods and services to the state.
Vendor Payees
Register as a vendor payee if you receive some type of payment from the state and have been asked to complete a W-9 form. Vendors are those individuals, political subdivisions and businesses providing goods and services and those receiving payments such as but not limited to grant payments, reimbursement, land payments, rentals, stipends, wetlands or water bank payments. Vendors do not receive notice of bidding opportunities.
