Cooperative Purchasing
North Dakota Century Code sections 15.1-09-34 and 54-44.4-13 enable the Office of Management and Budget to conduct cooperative purchasing with other government and educational entities. Many state contracts are available to political subdivisions and nonprofit organizations established on behalf of public entities. A cooperative purchasing agreement may exist with one or more government entity or a nonprofit organization established on behalf of public entities for the procurement of commodities or services.
Contact the State Procurement Office if you are a government entity interested in Cooperative Purchasing.
