To access the Fax-on-Demand service, please call (701) 328-0120. The message will include step-by-step instructions on how to receive an index of all available document numbers. (Please include your area code in the return fax.)

The following is a menu of the forms available through our Fax-on-Demand service.

Please note, this service is not available to customers without dedicated analog fax capabilities.
