Central Indexing Search (UCC-11)

All searches in the Central Indexing System are state-wide searches.

The search may be made in person, verbally over the phone, by mail, direct access or by facsimile to any one of the 53 County Recorders' offices or the office of the Secretary of State.

The North Dakota Request for Information or Copies UCC-11 (SFN 14005) (34kb pdf) or the National Information Request form should be used to request a search in the Central Indexing System.
