Online Training Management System
The Risk Management Training Management System may be accessed through your NDGOV account or your State of North Dakota Login ID.
If you have an ITD Exchange E-Mail mailbox, use ITD VPN or Dial-up Services, or use the ITD Work Management System (WMS), you have an NDGOV account.

If you work for Higher Education, you will use a State of North Dakota Login ID. If you do not have one, you can register for one on the Login page.
