The website has been substantially reorganized to provide you with a simpler more effective way to access the information and services you need. The 10/17/09 Out -of- State renewal worker’s compensation premium billings have been mailed. A copy of the policy and binder will be provided to state agencies upon request. Contact Diane Waliser at 701-328-7583.

Any necessary adjustments needed to the RMWVP FY 09/10 premium billings will be made during FY 10/11 premium billings.

The Certificate of Premium Payment for the Risk Management WC Program has been sent to all state agencies. North Dakota Century Code §65-04-04 requires that each employer post this Certificate Of Premium Payment in a conspicuous manner at the workplace. A penalty of $250 may apply for failure to comply with this requirement.

The Risk Management Division continues to create and maintain the training programs available on the Online Training Management System. However, if your agency has training materials you would like posted on the site or specific training programs you would like Risk Management to make available online, contact Diane Waliser at drwaliser@nd.gov.

To ensure our incidents are protected by state statute, are trackable in our online incident reporting system (RiskVisions), and to qualify for the Risk Management Workers Compensation Program discount, you must use the Risk Management online incident reporting system. Although, Workforce Safety & Insurance (WSI) has put an incident report form on their web site, please do not send incident reports to WSI. In the event that WSI needs an incident report to adjudicate a claim, Risk Management will provide a copy of the incident report to WSI.
