To assist you in planning for your retirement, TFFR is offering the following outreach programs during the 2011-2012 school year.

Pre-Retirement Seminars

To better serve you, we will hold statewide, one day pre-retirement seminars each summer in July. Look for dates and locations in an upcoming newsletter. If your school would like to host a seminar, please contact TFFR for additional information.

Pre-retirement seminars are held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with an hour for lunch.

Topics include: TFFR retirement benefits, financial planning, estate planning, Social Security benefits, health insurance, adjusting to retirement.

All sites are open to all teachers with no charge to TFFR members. Pre-registration is required at least one week in advance. Confirmation of the location will be mailed to you before the scheduled seminar.
