Jack Dalrymple, Lt. Governor, Chair

Lt. Governor Jack Dalrymple has been an ex officio member of the SIB since 2000. His current term in office ends 12/31/2008.

Clarence Corneil, Vice Chair, TFFR Trustee

Clarence Corneil represents TFFR on the SIB. He was first appointed to the TFFR Board in 2002 and has served on the SIB since 2004. He was a teacher and administrator in North Dakota for 38 years and represents retired members on the TFFR Board. His current term on the TFFR Board expires 6/30/2012.

Mike Gessner, TFFR Trustee

Mike Gessner represents TFFR on the SIB. Mike is a teacher in Minot and represents active members on the TFFR Board. He has been on the TFFR Board since 2005, and his current term ends 6/30/2011.

Bob Toso, TFFR Trustee
 
Bob Toso represents TFFR on the SIB. Bob is the Superintendent of Jamestown Public Schools and represents school administrators on the TFFR Board. He was appointed to the TFFR Board in 2007 and his current term ends 6/30/2010.

Ron Leingang, PERS Trustee

Ron Leingang represents PERS on the SIB. He was elected to the PERS Board in July 2004 and has served on the SIB since that time. His current term on the PERS Board expires 6/30/2009. He also serves on the SIB Audit Committee. Ron was employed with state and county government for 36 years and represents retired state employees on the PERS Board.

Mike Sandal , PERS Trustee

Mike Sandal represents PERS on the SIB. He was elected to the PERS Board in July 2007. His current term on the PERS Board expires 6/30/2012. Mike is employed with the ND Department of Transportation and represents active state employees on the PERS Board.

Levi Erdmann, PERS Trustee

Levi Erdmann represents PERS on the SIB. He was elected to the PERS Board in July 2008. His current term on the PERS Board expires 6/30/2013. Levi is employed as the IT Director for the State Land Department and represents active state employees on the PERS Board.

Kelly Schmidt, State Treasurer

State Treasurer Kelly Schmidt has been an ex officio member of the SIB since 2005. Her current term in office ends 12/31/2008.

Adam Hamm , State Insurance Commissioner

Commissioner Adam Hamm has been an ex officio member of the SIB since being appointed to the position of State Insurance Commissioner in 2007. His current term in office ends 12/31/2008.

Gary Preszler, Commissioner of University and School Lands

Commissioner Gary Preszler has been an ex officio member of the SIB since August 2001.

Cindy Ternes, Workforce Safety & Insurance

Workforce Safety & Insurance CEO designee is an ex officio member of the SIB. The designee also serves on the SIB Audit Committee.
