The Central Services Division provides purchasing, duplicating, central supply, and surplus property services to North Dakota state government agencies.
The Central Duplicating staff provides print related services to state government agencies such as graphic design, printing & finishing, laminating, mailing, media conversion and delivery services. Central Duplicating also provides State ID’s for employees and state agency affiliates.
The Central Supply staff provides and houses office supplies for state government agencies.
The State Procurement staff provides comprehensive purchasing services and training to state government agencies such as state term contracts and a searchable solicitations database. The State Procurement staff also maintains the State Bidder List Registry a list of approved and qualified vendors.
The State Surplus Property staff is responsible for the acquisition and distribution of state and federal surplus property.
The Vendor Registry staff maintains the state’s payee database using the PeopleSoft financial system. The Vendor Registry staff is also responsible for 1099 reporting and the PeopleSoft purchasing module.
