Contacting a Contract Administrative Law Judge
The Office of Administrative Hearings contracts with eight (8) attorneys in private practice on a case-by-case basis to serve as contract administrative law judges for most Workforce Safety and Insurance matters and for other agencies, on an as-needed basis. These attorneys are: John I. Allen, Norman G. Anderson, Robert A. Keogh, Rosellen M. Sand, Janet Demarais Seaworth, Reed A. Soderstrom, Benjamin E. Thomas, and Patrick J. Ward.
