News & Events

July 1, 2011

The Office of Administrative Hearings celebrated its 20th year of service to the citizens of the state of North Dakota. Three of the original employees are still part of its staff: Allen Hoberg, OAH director; Bonny Fetch, administrative law judge, and Frances Zuther, office manager. Louise Wetzel, administrative assistant, and Susan Bailey, administrative law judge, join them to complete the OAH team.

Spring 2012

New rules regarding the electronic filing of documents with the Office of Administrative Hearings will go into effect in the spring of 2012. Please check back for updates on the status of this change.
