Fetch, Bonny M. (Lead ALJ for DHS)

Bonny Fetch has been an administrative law judge with OAH since its establishment in 1991.  Prior employment included working as a personnel specialist and hearing officer for the North Dakota's Central Personnel Division for 11 years.  Bonny earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, with post-graduate studies and training in public administration and administrative law.  Bonny attended the National Judicial College in 1991 (Advanced Administrative Law Course).  Bonny served as president of the National Association of Hearing Officials (NAHO) from 2008-2011.  Bonny has been a certified administrative law judge through NAHO since 2003.  Bonny is the OAH Lead ALJ for Department of Human Services hearings.  Her primary focus as an administrative Law judge has been Department of Human Services hearings and state and local personnel hearings.
