Bailey, Susan L.

Susan  Bailey has been an administrative law judge with OAH since 2006. A North Dakota native, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota in 1986 (mathematics and psychology), and a Master of Arts degree in counseling in 1988.  For several years prior to law school, she enjoyed a career in teaching and counseling.  In 1997, Susan received a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law, Order of the Coif.  From 1997-1999, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rodney S. Webb, United States District Court, District of North Dakota.  Susan’s other legal experiences include service as an Assistant Cass County State’s Attorney, Special Assistant Attorney General, and private practice. She has also been serving as part-time West Fargo municipal judge since 2004.
