Thomas, Benjamin E.

Ben Thomas was born in North Dakota but was raised in Ontario, Canada. Ben returned to the United States in 1982 and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of North Dakota. In 1989 Ben received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Ben has been in private practice in Fargo since 1989. He currently serves as president and managing partner of Wold Johnson, P.C. His practice is devoted primarily to employment law, family law, and civil litigation. Since 1996, Ben has served as a contract hearing officer and administrative law judge for Workforce Safety and Insurance and OAH.
