Seaworth, Janet Demarais

Janet Seaworth is in private practice in the areas of administrative Law, education law, distribution and franchise law, and alcohol beverage law.  She is a 1983 graduate of the University of North Dakota, B.S.Ed.  She received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1988.  Janet currently serves as complaint investigator for the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction, Office of Special Education, and as executive director and legal counsel for the North Dakota Beer Distributors Association. Since 1996, Janet has served both on a contract and part-time employee basis as a hearing officer and administrative law judge for Workforce Safety and Insurance and OAH, conducting workers compensation and Department of Human Services hearings.
