Allen, John I.

Before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1988, John Allen received a BBA in Management and a BS in Biology from the University of North Dakota. Since 1988, John has been in private practice and has also been a prosecutor. He served as alternate Fargo Municipal Judge for four years and currently serves part-time as a hearing officer for the North Dakota Department of Transportation. Since 2007, John has been a contract hearing officer and administrative law judge for Workforce Safety and Insurance and OAH.
