• Staff must understand that each resident is an individual with individual tastes, goals and needs, and the importance of encouraging the expression of that individuality.
• Staff will work to foster a positive and caring environment of mutual respect that recognizes the value of each and every staff member.
• Staff will strive to provide quality care with continuing excellence while managing Veterans Home resources efficiently and effectively.
