Described and Captioned Media Program (DCMP)
The CMP (Captioned Media Program) has been changed to DCMP (Described and Captioned Media Program) which means that there is now an added service for those who are blind, as well as those who are deaf and hard of hearing. Advances in technology dictate that the move to using DVDs is more economical for mailing and convenient because of the ability to choose and preview what you want online. You may visit the website www.dcmp.org to learn how to become a member and order free-loan educational media that is described, captioned and available on the internet and through the U.S. mail.
The library depository of Captioned Videos is still available to NDSD students, staff and the interpretive program, however mailings have been discontinued. For more information, call 701-665-4400.
