Pharmacy Benefit Manager Audit

The North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System is seeking a proposal to conduct a claims and rebate audit of its Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM).  Address or deliver the proposal to:

Questions concerning the RFP shall be directed, in writing or by e-mail to Ms. Stockert at cstocker@nd.gov by 5:00 p.m. (CST) October 23, 2009.

Ten copies of the technical and price proposal as well as an electronic version must be received at the above listed location by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on November 20, 2009.  A proposal shall be considered late if received at any time after the exact time specified for return of proposals.
