2013 EAP Selection Information

The North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System has concluded the selection process for Employee Assistance Program providers for the 2013-2015 biennium.  Deer Oaks, St. Alexius and The Village are charging the $1.54 per employee per month for the biennium.  Live Well Solutions is charging $1.50 per employee per month.

Please coordinate with your agency director, and if you wish to change your EAP provider for the 2013-2015 biennium, please email Cheryl Stockert at NDPERS at cstocker@nd.gov no later than June 14, 2013 with your selection which will allow for an effective date of July 1, 2013 for payroll purposes.  If NDPERS does not receive a notice of change in your EAP provider, we will continue with your current provider.
