Process updated January 21, 2015
|Address changes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of changing a residence, business or mailing address. The residence or business address must be a physical street address. A post office box may be used for a mailing address only.
There is no fee for submitting an address change electronically or on paper.
Please submit address changes for individuals electronically through NIPR. You need to provide your actual resident and business addresses and complete the mailing address. Resident addresses are not provided to the public; however, business and mailing addresses are available to the public. All mail from the Department will be sent to the mailing address on record.
For business entities and anyone unable to submit an electronic address change, use the link below to complete an address change notice on paper.
When the license is first issued and after every renewal, you can print your license online one time free of charge. View information on printing license cards online. If you have used your one free print, you can sign up for SBS Online Licensee Services, which allows you to print an unlimited number of licenses for $5.95 per licensee per year.
Contact the Department for information on moving from resident to non-resident, or non-resident to resident.
