Non-resident licensing and renewal

The following changes in North Dakota law regarding insurance producer licenses go into effect Jan. 1, 2010:
  • Every licensed insurance producer must file a biennial renewal application and pay a $25 fee regardless of the lines of authority.
  • License renewal applications will be due biennially by the last day of the insurance producer's birth month.

  • Also effective July 1, 2009, surplus lines and consultant initial license fees and renewal fees will change. Click here to view the fee schedule.
