Non-resident licensing and renewal
The following changes in North Dakota law regarding insurance producer licenses go into effect Jan. 1, 2010:Every licensed insurance producer must file a biennial renewal application and pay a $25 fee regardless of the lines of authority. License renewal applications will be due biennially by the last day of the insurance producer's birth month.
Also effective July 1, 2009, surplus lines and consultant initial license fees and renewal fees will change. Click here to view the fee schedule.
