List requests
Report Generator is a new tool offered by the NAIC's State Based Systems for users to purchase a report/list of licensed producers in North Dakota for a nominal fee.
Fields listed in the report include: license number, individual producer name and national producer number or business entity name and FEIN, license type and status, line of authority, first active date, effective date, expiration date, domicile state, resident status, business phone and business e-mail, CE compliance status, full mailing address and full business addresses.
Report Generator allows you to:
- Request a listing using a variety of search criteria
- View the number of records returned with the associated cost of the report
- Pay the fee
- View/print the receipt
- Download the report
The system also includes an interface that will allow you to retrieve the report within a month using unique transaction and PIN codes without having to pay for it again.
The fees for these reports/lists are $.01 cent per line per license type with a minimum of $5. The form of payment is by credit card.

If you choose not to utilize the Report Generator option, the North Dakota Insurance Department will provide listings electronically in Microsoft Excel format at your request.
